Questions about coaching
Do I need to know anything about AI first?
No. We start from wherever you are. Plenty of people arrive having never opened an AI tool, and the day is built around your own tasks rather than theory.
Does Claude offer free training already?
Yes, Anthropic publishes free courses and guides online, and they're worth a look. A coaching day is different: someone sits beside you and applies Claude to your own work, at your own desk, until it's part of how you work.
Why Claude and not ChatGPT?
Claude is what we use every day and know best. Most of what you learn on the day, such as how to give clear instructions, check answers and keep sensitive information out, carries over to other assistants.
How much does a coaching day cost?
