Who we are

Adel AI Studio (registered business name ADEL AI STUDIO, ABN 82 199 702 902) is a one-person business in Adelaide, South Australia. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form: your name and email, and anything else you choose to give us, such as a phone number, business name, suburb and details about your work. To stop spam we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address for a short time. We don't keep the address itself.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a Shadow Day, website project or coaching day, and keep a record of our conversation. We won't use your details for anything else without asking you.

Marketing

We won't add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

Where it's stored

Enquiries are stored with Cloudflare, which runs this website and its form. Cloudflare is a US company, so your details may be stored or processed outside Australia. Spam checks on the form use Cloudflare Turnstile.

Who sees it

Only us, and the service providers above to the extent they need to run the service. We don't sell or share your details.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiries that didn't lead to work after 24 months. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies. We don't use advertising trackers.
